The Inn "Comfort" is located in picturesque historical city centre. Near to inn there are public transport stops. Neighbor streets allow to reach at any time the largest industrial enterprises of city: "Soda", "Kauchuk", "Caustics", "SNHZ", located in the northern part of city, without traffic congestion. Likewise it is easy to reach the southern part of city where the complex of machine-building enterprises and shopping centers are situated.

Despite of a close site of the inn to the main roads of city, it is separated from them by a green zone and Kirov recreation park, that make possible to enjoy the silence and rest even in the working day prime.

In close proximity from inn lay restaurant of Georgian cuisine "Mimino", restaurant of Chinese cuisine "Gold dragon" and bowling club "Strike", restaurant "El Paso", night club "Metro" and "Goldy", bar "Old City", cafe "Voskhod", cinema "Salavat", Central market. In two minutes walk You reach the city beach on the river Ashkadar or stadium of the sport-academy, where during the winter works a skating-rink.

Our inn proposes to guests 28 modern first-furnished rooms for comfortable staying. We have the rooms of following categories: standard, lux (two-room rooms with a large bathroom), and also we are unique in city to propose apartments to staying. Apartments represent a real one-room apartment with a kitchen equipped by all necessary to cook (sink, stove, refrigerator, dishware). Numbers of these category are the most suitable for a long residing.

We have a surveyed parking place, and also a warm garage. We have own boiler-house and a reserve power source, therefore in our inn we have always hot water and electricity.
